Information:   Thomas E. Foggin, 75 Williamstown Pike, died in the University Hospital, Morgantown.   Born at Ravenswood, a son of the late Oscar and Jane Buckley Foggin, he was married to Edna Harding on June 22, 1918.  He was an employe of the Fenton Art Glass Co., retiring in 1960.  He was a veteran of World War I and attended the Church of God at Williamstown.    Surviving are his widow; and a foster son, Donald Harding of Marietta.  One brother and two sisters are deceased.   Services were held at Doudna and McClure Funeral Home, Marietta, with Rev. George L. Berry officiating.  Burial was in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, Williamstown.
