  <p>Information: Sarah Elizabeth Cole, daughter of Lottie J. and Joseph Cole, was born August 27, 1860 and died April 4, 1936, aged 75 years, 7 months and 8 days.  On March 27, 1878 she was united in marriage to David L. Floyd and to this union 4 children were born, Ira O. Floyd, Alliance, Ohio; Georgia M. Coast, Ravenswood; William M. Floyd, Richmond, Calif.; and Leslie J. Floyd, deceased.  She was preceded in death twelve years ago by her husband, David L., and four years ago by the last named son, also one sister and four brothers.  Besides the above named she leaves to mourn her passing, one brother, J. W. Cole of Little Washington, Pa., and two sisters, Mollie Cole of Avalon, Pa., and Martha McKay of Ravenswood; also five grandchildren, Carl and Faith Floyd, Paul and Raymond Floyd and Willa Mae Coast, besides a number of nephews and nieces who feel that in her passing they have suffered a great loss.  She was coverted in early life and joined the M. E. church, transfering her membership to the Comet church upon her moving to this community 40 years ago.  She has lived a life full of service to her church and to her friends.  She was a leader in all righteous and upright movements and always did her bit to further the cause of Christ.</p>
