Information:   William Robert Flowers, 68, of Ripley, died at his home yesterday.  Death was attributed to a heart attack.   Born in Jackson County ,on Jan. 7, 1899 a son of the late James and Laura Faren Flowers, he was a veteran of six years with the U.S. Navy, and a retired employee of the National Carbon Co., Niagara Works, Niagara Falls, N.Y.   Survivors include four sons, John E. Flowers, Riverside, CA., William R. Flowers,Cypress,CA., Thomas J. Flowers, Lakewood, CA., and Cpl. Norman N. Flowers, serving with the U. S. Marines in Da Nang, Viet Nam; three sisters, Mrs. Goldie Crum, Ripley, Mrs. Arkie King, Evans, Mrs. Eusta McIntire, Welch and six grandchildren.   Services were at Casto Funeral Home in Evans with the Rev. Ronald J. Casto officiating.  Burial was in Pine Hill Cemetery at Ripley.
