Information:   Cynthia Alice (Anderson) Flowers was born October 5, 1843 in Jackson County and departed this life June 5, 1934, aged 90 years, 6 months.  She was united in marriage to Thomas Jefferson Flowers in August 1868 and to this union were born twelve children, ten girls and two boys.  Her husband and four children preceded her in death several years ago.  Mrs. Rosella Cariens, Mrs. Pruda Scarberry, W. A. Flowers, and Viola, an infant.  She leaves to mourn their loss seven daughters and one son.  Mrs. Hannah Hunt of Cottageville; Mrs. Georgiana Sayre of Charleston; Mrs. Dora Casto, of Angerona; Mrs. Nancy Kay, and Mrs. Myrtle Zahrndt, of Wellsville, Ohio; Mrs. Emma Burtram, of Alexandria, Indiana; Mrs. Bertha Howell of Burgettstown, Pa.; and T. R. Flowers at home  She also leaves 56 grandchildren, 67 great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends. Funeral services were held Thursday morning at 10:00 A.M. at the Church of God conducted by Rev. E. F. Roush, pastor of the Cottageville U. B. FLOWERS TAKEN BY DEATH  Passes Away at Age of 90 While Sleeping; Funeral Service Thursday Morning Mrs. T. J. Flowers an aged and respected citizen of Cow Run died suddenly at her home Tuesday of last week, shortly after receiving a message stating that her grandson had been drowned at Wellsville.  Funeral services were held at the Church of God, her home church, conducted by Rev. E. E. Roush, pastor of the United Brethern Church at Cottageville.  Burial was made in the family cemetery nearby. The reaper we call death visited our home and claimed the life of our most precious mother.  She died peacefully as she slept, just before the break of dawn, June 5th, 1934.  She made her home with her son, T. R. Flowers, whose every thought and action was devoted to his mothr.  About 2:00 AM a message was delivered to Mr. Flowers that a grandson of Mrs. Flowers had drowned at Wellsville,
