Information:   Mrs. Ulah Fllinn, 81 of 208 Race St., Ravenswood, died at the Jackson General Hospital in Ripley Monday.   She was born in Portland, Ohio, a daughter of the late Arthur C. and Laura Smith Ritchie.  She was a member of the Ravenswood Presbyterian Church, where she also served as a Bible teacher.  She was also a member of the R. Douglas Chapter No. 15, order of the Eastern Star.   Surviviors include a sister, Miss Golda N. Ritchie of Ravenswood; and several nieces and nephews.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil Flinn, former superintnent of Kanawha County schools, and by two sisters and three brothers.   Straight-Tucker Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. The Rev. C. Donald Vogal officiated.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.
