  <p>Information: Eugene William Flinn, 70, of Sandyville, departed this life Friday, July 20, 2007, at St. Josephs Hospital, Parkersburg, following an extended illness. He was born April 29, 1937, in Ravenswood, a son of the late John Henry and Velma Marie Lawson Flinn. He was the owner and operator of Flinn Hauling of Sandyville; he was a farmer and a member of the Teamsters Union.  Survivors include his wife of 50 years Patty Ann Riffle Flinn, son Eugene William Flinn Jr. and wife Tammy of Ripley; daughters Rosalie Unrue and husband Martin of Wilding and Peggy Sue Johnson and husband Robert of Sandyville; sister Ona Patterson of Wilding and grandchildren Matthew Evan Flinn, Michael Aron Flinn and Rebecca Johnson.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Evine Speece and brother Dean P.  Flinn.  Services were held Monday, July 23, 2007, at Casto Funeral Home, Ravenswood. Burial followed in Independence Cemetery.        </p>
