  <p>Information:   Elah Ritchie Flinn, 81 of Ravenswood, died Monday, in Jackson General Hospital, after a long illness.      She was born September 30, 1896, at Portland, Ohio, the daughter of the late Arthur C. Ritchie and Laura Smith Ritchie.      She was a member and Bible teacher of the Presbyterian Church, member R. Douglas Chapter No. 15, Eastern Star.      Surviving; sister: Golda Ritchie of Ravenswood; several nieces and nephews.      She was preceded in death by two sisters, three brothers and her husband, Virgil L. Flinn in 1957.  He was a former superintendent of Kanawha County schools.      Funeral Services will be 2 p.m. Tjursday at Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, with the Rev. C. Donadl Vogel officiating.  Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery.</p>
