Information:   E. Paul Flinn, 69, of Parkersburg, died Saturday morning at St. Joseph's Hospital after a brief illness.  He was born in Jackson County and was a brother of Roscoe Flinn of Ravenswood.   A self-employed real estate broker, he was president of the board of Realtors in 1955-56. He was a member of Parkersburg Lodge 169, AF and AM, was a 32nd degree Scottish Rite Mason of the Wheeling Consistory, and a member of Nemesis Temple AAONMS and Elks Lodge 198.   Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Clarestine King Flinn; sons, William H. of Parkersburg and Edwin M. of Houston, Tex.; a daughter Mrs. Phyllis Rogers of Houston; two brothers, Roscoe of Ravenswood and Glen of Bradford, Pa.; and seven grandchildren.   Burial was in Arlington Memorial Gardens, with Masonic Lodge 169, AF and AM holding graveside services.  Kimes Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
