Information:   Mrs. Dollie Barnes Flinn, 93, of Parkersburg, died at the Camden-Clark Memorial Hospital Thursday morning.   She was born in Jackson County, daughter of the late Charles W. and Margaret Starkey Barnes.  She was a member of the First Wesleyan Church on Camden Avenue.   She is survivied by a son, Ralph Flinn, of Sacramento, Calif.; four daughters, Mrs. Lora Patterson, Mrs. Cleo Culver, Mrs. Garnet Loiseau and Mrs. Lydia (Bobby) Midcap, of Parkersburg; a sister, Miss Elizabeth Barnes of Washington, D.C.; 12 grandchildren and a number of great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.   She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles B. Flinn; two sons, a daughter, three brothers and four sisters.   The funeral was Sunday at the First Wesleyan Church, Parkersburg, with the Rev. Robert Kennedy officiating.  Burial was in the Ravenswood Cemetery.
