  <p>Information:      Wadke January ""Jan"" Bailey, 65, of Liberty, passed away February 25, 2011 at Duke University.  Jan was a retired educator from Jackson County Schools and attended Emma Chapel Church.  He was an avid reader of American History and had a passion for baseall.  Jan was a lifelong Chicago Cubs fan.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Harell and Wanda Bailey.  He is survived by his devoted wife, Robin Gail Bailey; aunt, Alice Bailey Crouser of New Mexico, and a host of other family and friends.  A tribute to the life of Mr Bailey will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 1, 2011, at Gatens-Harding Funeral Home Chapel with Pastor Wayne Hooper fficiating.  Burial will follow in Emma Chapel Cemetery.  The faimily will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Gatens-Harding Funeral Home Chapel.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Emma Chapel United Methodist Church. </p>
