  <p>Information:   Mrs. Emma E. Fletcher, 88, of Gay, died Saturday at the Care Inn in Ripley following an extended illness.      Mrs. Fletcher was born Feb. 25, 1890 in Jackson County, a daughter of the late Irvin and Victoria Allen Rhodes.      Surviving are two sons, Louis G. Hickman of Gay and Charles E. Fletcher of Oralndo, Fla., 10 brothers, Orda and Chalmer Rhodes, both of Parkersburg, Leonard of Phoenix, Ariz,; Argel of Eanon Valley, Pa,, Worthy, Wallace, Denver, Ardell, Okey and Warren, all of Ohio; five grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.      Services were held Tuesday 2 p.m. at the Vail Funeral Home with the Rev. Hayward Boone officiating.  Burial was in the Lowther Cemetery at Gay.</p>
