Information:                                                                       Flesher Service Held At Ripley   Funeral services for Charles E. Flesher, 88 year old retired B. & O Railroad employee, were held from the Vail Funeral Home here on December 22, and the burial was in the Fairplain Cemetery.   Mr. Flesher died at Charleston the previous Monday.   He had been a hospital patient since October 15.   He was a Mason, Eastern Star, a former city Councilman, and a member of St. John's Episcopal Church.   A son, Don Flesher of Ripley, survives.                                                                          Flesher Nearing His 87th Birthday      4/2/1965   C. E. Flesher of Bridege St., is nearing his 87th birthday anniversary. In point of actual residence in the town Mr. Flesher is its oldest citizen having come here as a young man to be the B & O station agent here and has been a continuous resident since that time.   He has been identified with every progressive move in the town since he has lived here, and still takes an active interest and lends his support to every civic endeabor despite his advanced years.
