  <p>Information: KENNA - Randall Roger Bailey, 77, of Kenna, Jackson County, died Jan. 16, 1998, in St. Francis Hospital, Charleston, after a short illness.  He was retired owner/operator of Conoco Trucking Co., Parkersburg, with 25 years&#39; service, an Army veteran of World War II, recipient of the Bronze Star, a member of Fisher Memorial Church, Goldtown, and of Jackson County Horse Club.  Surviving:  wife, Inez Buckalew Bailey; daughters, Sandra Lee Summers and Jane Ann Poling, both of Goldtown; brother, David Lee Bailey of Cuttler, Ohio; sister, Dottie Hughes of Belpre, Ohio; three grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Ronald Buckalew officiating.  Burial will be in Buckalew-Sayre family cemetery, Goldtown.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home.</p>
