Information: Funeral services were held Monday (October 7, 1946) afternoon at the Presbyterian Church for William ""Will"" Henry Fleming, 78, who died Saturday, October 5, 1946, at his home here. He was born March 17, 1868, in Meigs Co., Ohio, a son of the late George P. and Louise Mills Fleming. The Rev. Albert C. Smith and the Rev. Paul E. Sutton officiated, and burial, in charge of the Chambers-Kyger Funeral Home, was in the Ravenswood Cemetery. Mr. Fleming, who was in the hardware business here for more than 30 years, was an active member of the Masonic lodge. Several months ago he closed his store, and the room is now occupied by Hupp's Restaurant. The deceased was an active member of the Presbyterian church,, and for some time was affilliated with the Lions club. Surviving are his wife, Mrs. Elsie Hulme Fleming; two sons, William Benjamin at Duke University and David George Fleming at home; two daughters, Helen Joan Fleming, a student at Cincinnati University, and Maree Aubert Fleming at home, and two brothers, Frank B. Fleming of Ravenswood and M.E. Fleming of Point Pleasant.
