Information: Forrest J. Fitzpatrick, Sr., 63, of Cottageville, went to be with the Lord Thursday, May 30, 2002, at CAMC Memorial Division in Charleston, after suffering a heart attack. He was born September 15, 1938 in Milo KY, a son of the late Ralph Fitzpatrick and Della Smith Fitzpatrick. He was a 1957 graduate of Inez High School in Inez KY. He suffered from Chronic Lymphatic Leukemia (CLL). He was a retired electrician from Kaiser Aluminum with 33 years of service. He was a Christian and a fomer member and Sunday School teacher of the Evergreen Freewill Baptist Church, and currently attended the Ravenswood Freewill Baptist Church. He is survived by his wife of 42 years, Oma Jean Hensley Fitzpatrick; one son, Forrest Fitzpatrick, Jr. and wife Susan of Princeton; one daughter, Leslie Butcher and husband Gerald of Ravenswood; two grandchildren, Lee and Aaron Butcher of Ravenswood; five brothers, Mack and wife Pearl of Milo KY, Ernie and wife Sandy of Kenova, Paul and wife Gail of Ravenswood, Larry of Atlanta GA, and Garry of Tomahawk KY; one sister, Sandy Ferrin and husband Gordon of Glasgow KY; one brother-in-law, John Ralph Hensley of Cottageville; one sister-in-law, Carol Hensley of Ravenswood; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ralph and Della Fitzpatrick; father and mother-in-law, Frank and Elsie Hensley; brother-in-law, Ronald Hensley; sister-in-law, Pauline Hensley; and two sisters, Phyllis Howard and Flora Fitzpatrick. Services were held Sunday at Roush Funeral Home in Ravenswood. Burial in Ravenswood Cemetery.
