Information: Zada Vesta Fisher, 84, of Kenna passed away July 9, 2001, at home. She was a daughter of the late Dessie Ivan and Losha Belle Hill Johnson. She was retired from J.C. Penney and was a member of Emma Chapel United Methodist Church, Liberty. She was preceded in death by her husband, Troy O. Fisher. She is survived by two sons, Lanny Fisher and Stevie Fisher, both of Liberty; daughters, Linda McKemy of Charleston and Patty Summers of St. Lewis, Mo; brother, Clay Johnson of Barboursville; sisters, Velma Bailey of Eleanor, Carrie Mairs of Pocatalico, Verna Haning of South Charleston, Violet Harding of Poatalico; six gradchildren; eight great-grandchildren. Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, July 12, at Emma Chapel United Methodist Church, Liberty, with the Rev. Gerald Sayre and the Rev. Herbert Groves officiating. Burial will be in the Emma Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, and one hour prior to service at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Mrs. Fisher's name to Emma Chapel United Methodist Church Women.
