Information: Troy Otis Fisher, 83, of Kenna died Thursday, Feb. 2, 1995, at home. He was born December 10, 1911, a son of the late George ""Buzz"" and Rebecca Casto Fisher. He was a retired Union Carbide operator with 34 years of service and a member of Emma Chapel Church, where he was lay speaker and Sunday School teacher. He was president of Emma Chapel Cemetery, Liberty, a former school teacher in Putman County with 11 years service, attended Marshall University and was a graduate of Morris Harvey College. Surviving: wife, Vesta Fisher; sons, Lanny and Steve of Liberty; daughters, Linda McKeny of Kenna, Patty Summers of St. Lewis; six grandchildren; four great-grandchildren. He was proceded in death by his parents and his twin brother, Foy O'dell Fisher. Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Emma Chapel Church with the Rev. Gerald Sayre officiating. Burial will be in the Emma Chapel Cemetery. Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at the church. Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar is in charge of arrangements. The family suggest memorial donations be made to Emma Chapel Builders Fund.
