  <p>Information:   Thad Wilson Fisher, 61, of Sanford, Fla., formerly of St. Albans, died Sunday in Seminole Memorial Hospital, Sanford, Fla., after a long illniess.      Mr. Fisher was born in Jackson County, April 22, 1914.      Surviving: mother, Gertie Munday Fisher of Dunbar; wife, Audra Koontz Fisher of Sanford Fla., two sons, M-Sgt. Larry Fisher with the U. S. Air Force, Las Vegas, Nev., John Fisher of Sanford, Fla.: two daughters, Karen Sattler of Gassaway, Mrs. Kay Woodall of Ontario, Canada; three brothers, Hansel, Jarrell and Clay Fisher all of Dunbar; two sisters, Mrs. Hazel Garnes and Mrs. Bonnie Boggess both of Dunbar.      Services will be held 2 p.m. today (Wednesday) at Fisher Memorial Chapel on Duddeon Fork with Rev. Shirley Hammack officiating.  Burial will be in Koontz Cemetery, Kentuck.      Parsons Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.</p>
