Information: FISHER RITES HELD SUNDAY - Mrs. Rhoda Alice Fisher, 75, of Fairplain, died at the Mountain State Hospital in Charleston on Friday after a long illness.  The funeral service was held at the Ephesus Baptist church on Sunday with the Rev. Edward E. Elliott officiating and burial with the Vail funeral directors in charge was in the Fairplain cemetery.  Mrs. Fisher was born at Letart on May 15, 1886 and was a daughter of Walter W. and Caroline Ridenour Polsley.  She had spent practically all her life in the Fairplain community.  Survivors include her husband, V. L. Fisher; four sons, Burton of Canonsburg, Pa., Weston of Ripley, Edwin of Chatham, New Jersey, and Kermit Fisher of Dunbar; three daughters, Mrs. Arvel Shamblen and Velma Fisher, both of Charleston and Mrs. Blaine Beeghley of Washington, Pa.; five brothers, Weston Polsley of Vinton, Ohio, Warren Polsley of Logan, Ohio, Wirt Polsley of Akron, Ohio, and Harry and Fred Polsley, both of Ewington, Ohio; six sisters, Mrs. B. Cleo Casto of Kenna, Mrs. Alda Rollins of Letart, Mrs. Sherman Cummings of Tallmadge, Ohio, Mrs. Earl Lee of Akron, Mrs. Ronald Bobo of Logan, Ohio and Mrs. Leland Terry of Ewington, Ohio; her step-mother, Mrs. W. W. Polsley of Ewington, Ohio; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
