  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Rector Raymond Fisher, 78, of Ripley, died Jan. 18. 1998 in Jackson General Hospital.  He was a repairman for Maytag and an Army veteran of World War II.  Surviving:  wife, Naomi Bourgeois Fisher; son, George W. of Point Pleasant; daughter, Carol Ann Shockey of Ravenswood; brothers, John F. of Huntington, Billy E. of Charleston, Robert L. of Dunbar; sisters, Lessie Fisher and Betty Ray, both of Charleston, Edna Monday of Sissonville, Bernice Woods of Kenna; four grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.  Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday at Vail Funeral Home, Ripley, with the Rev. Mark Seirs officiating.  Burial will be in Morgan Cemetery.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
