  <p>Information:      Phyllis Jean Fisher, 49, of Fairplain, died Tuesday at Charleston General Hospital after an extended illness.         She was born July 2, 1937, a daughter of Richard and Mamie Casto Parsons.  She was employed by the Jackson County Board of Education as a teacher&#39;s aide.  She was a member of the Goodwill Community Church at Kenna.         Survivors in addition to her parents are:  husband, Bernard L. of Faiplain; sons, Chris of Kenna and Churck of Fairplain; brothers, Sattis Parsons of Kenna and Starling Parsons of Nitro; Sister, Patsy Sharp of Fancy Gap, Va.         Services will be held Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel.  Burial will be in Fairplain Cemetery.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 4 p.m. Wednesday.</p>
