  <p>Information: Oral C. Fisher, 74, of Route 3, Box 107, Fairplain, died Monday in Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, following a short illness.  He was born in Putnam County, a son of the late Squire N. and Myrtle Wright Fisher.  He was retired from Hall&#39;s Transfer Co., Charleston, and attended Salt Hill Church. He was a member of the Fisher Chapel and the Teamsters Union.  He is survived by his wife, Elsie Harper Fisher; two sons, Bruce Harper of Sissonville, and Larry Fisher of Connecticut; two daughters, Sharon Lynch of Staats Mill, and Judy Fisher of Ravenswood; three brothers, John Fisher, Albra Fisher, both of Sissonville and Oval Fisher of Charleston; one sister, Faye Burford of Charleston; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.  Services will be Thursday at 11 a.m. at the Parsons Funeral Home Chapel, Ripley, with the Rev. Donald Hinzman officiating.  Burial will be in Emma Chapel Cemetery, Putnam County.  Friends may call at the funeral home after 5 p.m. today.</p>
