  <p>Information: KENNA - Okey Jacob Fisher, 103, of Kenna, WV, died April 3, 2003, at his home.  He was born March 25, 1900 on Tug Fork to the late Abraham Franklin and Exel Lona Casto Fisher.  He married Ellen Temple Skeens on August 19, 1923.  He was a retired carpenter and is survived by two grandsons, Tom Monday of Kenna and Phil Monday of Fresno CA;  eight great grand children and nine great great grandchildren.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Ellen; daughter, Willidean Monday; and grandson, William Ray Monday.  Funeral services were held Saturday, April 5, 2003 at 1 pm at Warren Chapel with Rev. Danny Cummings officiating.  Burial took place in the Warren Chapel cemetery.  Vail Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.</p>
