  <p>Information: Mrs. Millie Boggess Fisher, 76, of Charleston, died Wednesday, Aug. 7, 1991, in Americare Nursing Home, Dunbar, after a long illness.  She was retired from Thorofare Food Co., and was a member of Charleston Mountain Mission.  Surviving:  sons, James K. of Charleston, Norman U. of Dunbar; daughter, Jeannie Whalen of Las Vegas, Nev.; brothers, Lovell Boggess, Ludd Boggess, Bollett Boggess and Jimmy Boggess of Sissonville; eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.  Service was Friday at Cunningham-Parker-Johnson Funeral Home with the Rev. Charles F. Scragg and the Rev. J. E. ""Budd"" Legg officiating.  Burial was in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico.</p>
