Information:   Rites will be held Saturday afternoon at the Cox - Parker funeral home, Winter Park, Fla., for Michael F. Fisher, 48, a former resident of Parkersburg, who died Wednesday morning in Orlando.   A son of Julia Fisher and the late Alvin Fisher, he was a former music director for the Belpre school system and left this area to move in Florida about 10 years ago.   Survivors include his widow, Mrs. Grace Fisher; one son, Michael Fisher, two brothers, Gerald Fisher, Pittsburgh, Pa., Arland Fisher, Odenton, Md.; three sisters, Mrs. Helen Harrison, Parkersburg, Mrs.Claudine Harrison, Gainesville, Fla., and Mrs. Velma Hawk of Morgantown and his mother, a resident of Ravenswood.
