  <p>Information: Martin David Fisher Sr., 73, of Allen&#39;s Fork, Sissonville died Nov. 7, 1989 in St. Francis Hospital after a short illness.  He was a retired laborer for True Temper Co., a Methodist and a veteran of World War II.  Surviving:  daughters, Johanna Garnes of Sissonville, Patricia Bowling of Kenna; stepdaughter, Crystal Cantrell of Charleston; sons, David Fisher Jr. of Liberty, William M. Bowling of Sissonville; sisters, Helen Casto and Hazel Presley, both of Sissonville; brother, Roy Joseph of Jacksonville, Fla.; eight grandchildren; one great-grandchild.  Service was Thursday at Emma Chapel Methodist Church, Liberty with the Rev. Jerry Barnett officiating.  Burial was in Emma Chapel Cemetery.</p>
