Information:   Loren Douglas Fisher, 65, of Sissonville, died Sunday at home after a short illness.  He was the son of Mr. and Mrs. Estil Fisher of Ripley.   He attended Grapevine Chapel Church and was retired from the Charleston Street Department.   He is also survived by son, Gary of Nitro; foster mother, Mrs. Hallie Baldwin of Sissonville; and half sister, Betty Ridge of Jackson. O.   Services were scheduled for 1 p.m. today at the Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico.  Burial was to follow at Pocatalico Cemetery.
