  <p>Information: Lillian I. Fisher, 90, of Liberty, passed away May 3, 2009, after a long illness.  She was born April 2, 1919, a daughter of the late Oshel ad Freda Dorsey Koontz.  She was retired from Stone & Thomas Department Store.          She was preceded in death her husbands:  Foy O. Fisher and Robert McCorkle; sister, Edith Crank, and brothers, Buddy and O.J. Koontz.    Surviving are son, Larry Fisher and his wife Wanda, of Charleston; Sister, Frances Harrison of North Carolina; brother, J.T. Koontz of Goldtown; grandson, Mark Fisher and his wife, Beth; and great-grandchildren, Courtney and Andrew Dawson.         Graveside services and burial will be 1 p.mm. Wednesday, My 6, in Emma Chapel Cemetery, Liberty, with the Rev. Jerry Bonnett officiating.                 </p>
