  <p>Information: FISHER FUNERAL AT EMMA CHAPEL - Funeral services for Leonard O. (Oad) Fisher, 75, were held at the Emma Chapel church on Saturday with Rev. Charles Euegene and Rev. Vaughn Fisher officiating and burial was in the church cemetery.  Mr. Fisher died on Thursday at a Charleston hospital after a long illness.  He was a farmer and livestock dealer.  He was a member of the Fisher Chapel Methodist church.  Surviving are his widow, Mildred; a son, Leonard of Dunbar; a daughter, Mrs. Charles Brotherton of Dunbar; three sisters, Mrs. Icie Ranson of Sissonville Road, Mrs. Mary Foster and Mrs. Minna Ranson of Dunbar; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.</p>
