Information: Kermit W. Fisher, 52, of 511 Rosemont Ave., South Charleston, died Monday at home after an extended illness.  He was a senior staff engineer for Appalachian Power Co. and was a member of First Baptist Church in South Charleston.  Mr. Fisher was a graduate of WVU and lived in the Charleston area most of his life.  Surviving:  wife, Carolyn Bishop Fisher; Richard L., at home: daughter, Mrs. Diana Stein of Detroit; stepsons, George H. Nelson and Mathew W. Nelson, both at home; sisters, Miss Velma Fisher and Mrs. Georgia Shamblen, both of Charleston, Mrs. Wilma Beeghly of Washington, Pa.; brothers, Weston of Fairplain, Edwin Fisher of Chatham, N. J. Service will be 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) in First Baptist Church, South Charleston, with the Rev. William C. Taylor officiating.  Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens.
