  <p>Information:   James Ronford Fisher, 67, of Route 1, Kenna, died Monday at home after a long illness.      He was retired from the state Deptment of Highways and was a Methodist.  He was a veteran of World War II.      Surviving; wife, Lorean Layne Fisher; sisters, Ruth Anderson of Kenna, Laura Garnes of Polk City, Fla,; half sister, Mary Ellen Hypes of Proctorville, Ohio; stepsisters, Marie Anderson of Kenna, Gertrude Boggess of Ripley; brothers, Ralph of Sissonville, Rex of Poca; stepbrothers, George White and Amos White, both of Kenna, Worthy White of Kansas City, Mo.      Service will be at 1 p.m. today (Wednesday) in Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Clarence Edens officiating.  Burial will be in Anderson family cemetery, Kenna.</p>
