  <p>Information: Harold A. ""Bud"" Fisher, 88, of Kenna, passed away Saturday, September 29, 2013, at Charleston General Hospital, following a long illness.  He was born November 8, 1924 at Roane County, a son of the late Vaught and Oma Lanham Fisher.  He was an Army Veteran and retired from General Motors where he was a truck driver.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Carroll, Eugene, Clarence, Russell, Warren, Harry, and Billy Fisher and sisters, Audrey Pfost and Thelma Fisher.  He is survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and loving friends.  Funeral service will be 11 am Wednesday, October 2, 2013 at the Waybright Funeral Home, Ripley.  Burial will be in the Pleasant View Cemetery, Kenna.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.  Condolences may be shared with the family be visiting www.waybrightfuneralhome.com.</p>
