  <p>Information: ORLANDO, FLA. - Goldie B. Koontz Fisher, 93, of Orlando, formerly of Goldtown, Jackson County, W. Va., died Oct. 18, 1996, in Winter Park Hospital after a long illness.  She was a retired building contractor in Orlando and a member of the Tabernacle Baptist Church.  Surviving: daughter, Loretta Conrad of Orlando; brothers, Hermis of Charleston, W. Va., Coy of Orlando; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.  Service will be 10 a.m. Thursday at Long & Fisher Funeral Home Chapel, Charleston, with the Rev. Clarence Edens officiating.  Burial will be in Koontz family cemetery, Fisher Ridge Road, Goldtown.  Friends may call from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
