Information:   George Luther Fisher, 58 of Winter Springs, Fla., died Nov 20.   The nephew of Troy Fisher of Kenna, he was a native of Jackson County.  He moved to Florida in 1956.  He was a construction worker and a Presbyterian.  He was a member of the Elks Lodge, DeLand and the Central Florida Road Builder Association.   Survivors: wife, Ida Mae; daughter, Linda Jackson of Tuscaloosa, Ala.; sister, Loretta Conrad of Orlando, Fla.; mother, Goldie B. of Orlanda, two grandchildren.   Garden Chapel Home for Funerals, Orlando was in charge of arrangements.
