  <p>Information: Garnette Viola Fisher, 77, of Ripley, died February 21, 2001, at Ravenswood Village, Ravenswood, WV.  She was born April 27, 1923 in Jackson County to the late Clarence and Lou Ella Thomas Williams.  She was a former cashier for Big R Supermarket in Ripley for 20 years, pianist for Grasslick Ephesus Baptist church and a member of the Rebekah Lodge #19 in Ripley.  She is survived by one son, Roger Fisher of Ravenswood WV; one brother, Garland Williams of Charlotte, NC; and one sister, Gertie Williams of Columbus, Ohio.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Weston Fisher.  Funeral services were held Friday, February 23, 2001, with Rick Perrine officiating.  Burial at Fairplain Cemetery.</p>
