Fisher, 84, of Huntington Beach, Calif., formerly of Charleston, died Thursday in Huntington Beach, after a short illness.  Surviving: daughter, Nedra Patton of Huntington Beach; brother, Hoadley Fisher of Charleston; one grandson.  Service was Saturday at Rose Hill Memorial Park, Whittier, Calif.     **Born May 7, 1901, daughter of James ""Buck"" Fisher and Mary Virginia Carney.
