  <p>Information:      Foy O&#39;Dell Fisher, 67, of Liberty, died Augut 23, 1977, at St. France Hospital, after a short illness.  He was born December 10, 1911, a son of the late George ""Buzz"" and Rebecca Casto Fisher. Retired from the State Tax Department, he was a member of Emma Chapel United Methodist Church and was president of the Liberty Lions Club and vice president of the Jackson County Historical Society.  Surviving :  wife, Lillian Koontz Fisher; son, Larry of Sissonville; sister, Mrs. Gatha Sayre of Liberty; twin brother, Troy Otis Fisher of Kenna; one grandchild.  Service was Thursday in Emma Chapel United Methodist Church, Liberty, with the Rev. C.E. Myers and the Rev. M.V. Fisher officating.  Burial was in Emma Chapel Church Cemetery, Liberty. </p>
