  <p>Information: ELMER FISHER IS DEAD IN FLORIDA - Elmer O. Fisher, 68-year old native, and former resident of Liberty, died Saturday in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  A former Charleston Post Office employee, he moved to Florida 24 years  ago and was employed in the Ft. Lauderdale Post Office.  Surviving are his wife, Nora; daughters, Mrs. Avis Peters, Mrs. Eloise Lutz and Mrs. Mary Gatf of Fort Lauderdale; son, Dr. Elmer Fisher, Jr. of Richmond, Va.; sisters, Mrs. Eva Carney of Liberty, Mrs. Edith Boggess of Sissonville and Mrs. Marie Ranson of Charleston; brothers, Elbia and Delphia of Liberty, Lester of Nitro, Edwin of Charleston; nine grandchildren.  Services and burial will be held today (Wednesday) in Ft. Lauderdale.</p>
