  <p>Information:                                                                                  Kenna Resident Claimed By Death      Elmer E. Fisher, 46, died at his home at Kenna on Wednesday after an extended illness.      He was an ironworker, a veteran of World War II, a member of the disabled American Veterans and the Ironworkers Local 301 of Charleston.      Surviving are his wife, Betty Ruth; his mother, Mrs. Mable Asbury Fisher: four sons, Gary with the Army in Virginia, Robert with the Air Force in England, Bernard of Fairplain, and Sonny at  home; a stepson, Michael at home; eight brothers, Donald of Charlesotn, Boyd of Dunbar, Homer of Poca, Denzil and Delmer both of Kenna, Harry of Elyria, Ohio and Starling of Given and three grandchildren.</p>
