  <p>Information: RED HOUSE - Elizabeth E. Fisher, 89, of Red House, formerly of Dunbar, died Feb. 4, 1999, in Putnam General Hospital, Hurricane, after a short illness.  She was a former employee of Fletcher Enamel, Dunbar, a member of Dunbar Church of God and attended Red House United Brethren Independent Church. Surviving:  husband, Hansel R. Fisher; son, Gary F. of Dunbar; sisters, Edna Sommerville and Wilma Lyons, both of Elyria, Ohio; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren.  Service will be 2 p.m. Sunday at Gatens Funeral Home, Poca, with the Rev. Jackie Clark officiating.  Burial will be in Tyler Mountain Memory Gardens, Cross Lanes.  Friends may call from 6 to 9 p.m. today at the funeral home.</p>
