  <p>Information:   Docha Staats Fisher, 91 of 315 W. 5th Ave Huntington, died in a Huntington nursing home Friday afternoon.      She was born July 7, 1888 in Fairplain, Jackson county, daughter of the late Riley and Alice Casto Staats.  She was a member of the United Methodist Church.      Survivors include one son, Darrell Fisher of Huntington; one daughter, Rowena Fisher of Huntington; two grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren, two sisters, Hettie Hughes of Magnetic Springs, O. and Dollie Tolley of New Lexington, O.; one brother, Lloyd Staats of Cross Lanes.      Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Vail Funeral Home in Ripley with the Rev. William Eaton officiating.      Burial will be in Fairplain Cemetery.      Friends may call at the funeral home after noon Sunday.</p>
