Information: Delos Arnett Fisher, 55, of 634 Lakewood Drive, Charleston, died Wednesday, Oct. 17, 1990, at home after a long illness.  He was a self-employed contractor with 19 years of service and supervisor for the state Department of Highways with five years of service.  He was a member of South Charleston Lodge 168, AF & AM.  He was an Army veteran.  Surviving:  wife, Maria Fisher; daughter, Tina R. Fisher of Sissonville; son, Terry W. of Mooresville, N. C.; father and stepmother, Howard C. and Myrtle Fisher of Given; sisters, Delores Kersey of Sissonville, Janice Southall of Statts Mill, Connie Haynes of Given; brothers, Dorsel of Given, Dean of Joes Run, Gene of Ripley.  Service was Saturday at Long-Fisher Funeral Home, Pocatalico, with the Rev. Chuck Ellis officiating.  Burial was in Floral Hills Garden of Memories, Pocatalico, with Masonic graveside rites.
