  <p>Information: Charlotte Anne Fisher, 68, of Dunbar, passed away on Friday, May 11, 2007, at Thomas Memorial Hospital.  She was a former schoolteacher for the Kanawha County Board of Education and was a member of First Church United Methodist.  Surviving are her husband, Robert L. Fisher; sons, Robert A. Fisher and his wife, Jane, of Poca, the Rev. David M. Fisher and his wife, Becky of Fairfax, Va., and John E. Fisher and his wife, Shawna, of St. Albans; and seven grandchildren.  Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar, with Pastor John A. Mason officiating.  Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park.  Friends may call from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday at Keller Funeral Home, Dunbar.  In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Kanawha-Charleston Humane Association, 1248 Greenbrier St., Charleston WV 25311.</p>
