  <p>Information: RIPLEY - Mrs. Bertha Rebecca Fisher, 63, of Ripley, died Dec. 19, 1992, at General Division, CAMC, after a long illness. She was a Protestant.  Surviving: son, Delmer K. White, of Mansfield, Ohio; parents, Troy and Martha Stover of Campbells Creek; stepsons, Steve Fisher and Eugene Fisher of Ripley; brothers, Victor Srover of Kankakee, Ill., Allen Stover of Emory, Texas, Rome, Otis, Jimmy, Ronald, Johnny and Troy Stover, all of Charleston; sisters, Barbara Keefer of Marion, Ill., Betty Fisher of Bradley, Ill., Bonnie James of Chaleston; three grandchildren; one great-grandchild; 10 step-grandchildren; three step-great-grandchildren. Service will be 10 a.m. Tuesday at Pleasant View Church, Fisher Ridge, near Kenna, Jackson County, with the Rev. Ernest Marty officiating.  Burial will be in the church cemetery.  Friends may call after 6 p.m. today at Casto Funeral Home, Evans.</p>
