  <p>Information: Freda Fonda Bailes, 88, of Ravenswood, died October 20 at Jackson General Hospital.  She was a graduate of Morris Harvey College and attended Glenville State College.  She taught 43 years in public schools.  She was a member of Alpha Delta chapter of Delta Kappa Gamma, president of Jackson County Classroom Teachers Association, member of the Jackson County Retired School Employees where she served three terms as president, member of the First United Methodist Church and United Methodist Womwn where she served two terms as president and Circle Three chairman for 25 years.  She was a member of the Charleston and Parkersburg Rose Societies, having won several awards for her roses.  Surviving are several nieces and nephews.  Service was 2 p.m. Tuesday at First United Methodist Church, Ravenswood, with Dr. Dan A. Hogan officiating.  Burial was in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Straight-Tucker-Roush Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.</p>
