  <p>Information: Ahaz Fisher, 67, of Worthington, Ohio, formerly of Jackson County, died Oct. 30, in Elkins after a short illness.  He was a founding member of Meadow Park Church of God in Columbus, a member of IBM Quarter Century Club and a Navy veteran.  Surviving:  wife, Lois Mildred O&#39;Dell Fisher; sons, John Robert of Atlanta, Fredrich Lee of Columbus; daughters, Nancy Marilyn Vaughan of Solon, Mary Ann Fisher of Columbus, Janette Marie Leis of Ansonia; brother, William Odra Fisher of Kenna; sisters, Phoebe Good of Sissonville and Nancy Chancey of Ripley; six grandchildren and two step-grandchildren.  Service was Saturday at Meadow Park Church of God with the Rev. James L. Edwards officiating.  Burial was in Union Cemetery, Columbus.</p>
