  <p>Information: Theodore Roosevelt Fish, 82, of Route 1, Ravenswood, was dead on arrival, May 2, 1988, at Jackson General Hospital, Ripley, following a short illness.  He was born in Jackson County, a son of the late John Edward and Florida Pennybacker Fish.  He was a member of the Silverton United Methodist Church and was a retired wholesale egg dealer.  He is survived by one daughter, Lois Fish Beam of Ravenswood; one son, Fred E. Fish of Ravenswood; and four grandchildren.  He was preceded in death by his wife, Edna Divers Fish, in 1987; and one sister.  Services will be 2:00 p.m. today (Wednesday) at the Silverton United Methodist Church, with the Rev. Allen Johnson officiating.  Burial will be in Ravenswood Cemetery.  Straight-Tucker Funeral Home, Ravenswood, is in charge of arrangements.</p>
