  <p>Information:   Ira A. Finley, 78 of Ravenswood, died Monday at St. Joseph&#39;s Hospital, Parkersburg, after a long illness.      Born in Galllia County, Ohio, on June 21, 1894 he was a merchant most of his life in Jackson and Logan Counties.      Finley had been a member of the Masonic Lodge for more than 50 years and was a member of the Coleman Chapel United Methodist Church.      Services will be held today at 1 p.m. at Chambers Funeral Home, Ravenswood.  Masonic grave side rites will follow with burial in the Coleman Chapel United Methodist Church Cemetery.      Surviving are his wife, Olive; one son Kenneth; and a daughter, Mrs. Lorraine Davis, all of Ravenswood; three granddaughters, Mrs. Sharon Lucker of Ravenswood, Mrs. Karen Stewart, Portsmouth, Va, Mrs Marica Chapman of Ravenswood and three half sisters.</p>
