  <p>Information: Frances Lane Finch, 74 of 2716 27th St., Nitro lost her life Oct. 3, 1989 in a car accident near Evansville, Indiana.  She was born in Ripley, Oct. 16, 1914, a daughter of the late Melvin and Dosha Casto Lane.  She was a member of the Sidneyville Methodist Church.  Mrs. Finch had resided in Nitro for 43 years.  She was preceded in death by her husband, Virgil L. Finch, May 30, 1988.  Mrs. Finch is survived by her children Paul and June Cooper; grandchildren Steve and Susan Cooper, one brother, Lewis Lane of Hebron, Ohio; one sister, Sylvia Seigler, Monroe, N.C.  Funeral services were held Friday, Oct. 6, at Cook-Pauley Funeral Home in Nitro with the Rev. J. D. Harrah officiating.  Burial was in Independence Cemetery. Sandyville.</p>
