  <p>Information:     St. Petersburg, FLA - Funeral services for Edward Roscoe Finch, 77 of St. Petersburg, former rural mail carrier from Sandyville who died Wednesday at a nursing home in Odessa, Texas following an extended illness, will be conducted on Saturday at the John S. Rhodes Funeral Home here.  Burial will be in the Memorial Park Cemetery.        He was born in Jackson county, Aug. 7, 1894; a United Methodist by faith; a World War I veteran; and a Mason.        Survivors include his widow, Kate Chenoweth Finch; one daughter, Mary Jo Deems of Odessa; two sisters, Elsie Gorrell and Lulu Shockey of Belpre; and two granedchildren.        Friends may call at the funeral home.</p>
